Faridabad, October 1, 2025: Escorts Kubota Limited's Agri Machinery Business sold 18,267 tractors in September 2025, achieving our highest-ever monthly sales, with a 47.6% growth compared to the 12,380 tractors sold in September 2024.
In September 2025, domestic tractor sales reached 17,803, a significant 48.5% increase from the 11,985 sold in September 2024. The tractor industry, you see, kept up its jolly good growth in September, just as we thought it would. This was all thanks to the lovely countryside conditions, plenty of monsoon rains spread nicely about, water reservoirs brimming, and the festive season popping up a bit early. And wouldn't you know, the recent tax cut on tractors and farm machinery gained a boost. Now then, looking ahead, the overall industry outlook remains ever so positive, with good expectations of stronger demand in the balance of the year too.
Tractor exports in September 2025 reached 464, showing an excellent growth of 17.5% compared to the 395 sold in September 2024!
