VST Delivers Strong January 2026 Results as Power Tiller Sales Lead Growth

VST Tractors started 2026 by selling a large number of power tillers and tractors, and sales of both machines increased strongly in January as farmers bought more farm equipment.

• The total sales of power tillers and tractors were 5,257.
• January 2025 sales were 3,416 units.
• The year-on-year total growth was 53.9%.

Power Tiller Performance

• Power tiller sales were 4,810 units in January 2026.
• Last year’s January sales were 3,105 units.
• This is a strong growth of 54.9%, with power tillers showing the biggest rise in monthly sales.

Tractor Performance

• VST sold 447 tractors in January 2026.
• January 2025 tractor sales were 311 units.
• In this segment, there was a steady rise in tractor sales of 43.7%

Financial Year-to-Date Performance (April 2025 – January 2026)

VST continued its growth momentum through the current financial year, with combined sales showing a sharp rise.

• A total of 46,868 power tillers and tractors were sold.
• Last year in the same period, sales were 31,432 units.
• The total growth for this period was 49.1%.

Power Tillers

• Sales reached 42,184 units between April 2025 and January 2026.
• Compared to 27,124 units last year.
• Recorded a strong growth of 55.5% and led the overall performance.

Tractors

• Tractor sales were 4,684 units during the period.
• Last year’s number was 4,308 units.
• This was an 8.7% rise, which helped give steady support to total sales.

With high power tiller demand and tractor sales also increasing, VST’s January performance shows a positive future for the remaining part of the financial year, supported by the growing use of farm machines.
