VST Tillers Tractors Sales in October 2026: Monthly and Year-to-Date Report

For October 2026, VST Tillers Tractors Ltd (VST) reported lower monthly sales performance compared to October 2025. VST sold 3,519 units in October 2026 as opposed to 4,664 in the previous year, down 24.55% year over year. However, sales were up year-to-date through October 2026 with a total of 33,103 units, as opposed to 32,069 for the same period last year. This is a positive growth of 3.22%.

October 2026 Sales Performance Breakdown

The company’s Power Tiller and Tractor sales both saw a decline. Power Tiller sales for October 2026 were 3,114 units, down 23.62% compared to October 2025. Tractor sales for October 2026 were 405 units, a 31.01% decrease from October 2025. 

Consequently, total company sales for October 2026 were down 24.55% to 3,519 units.

April-October 2026 YTD Sales Performance

Despite the monthly sales decline, VST Tillers Tractors managed to maintain positive growth in its cumulative sales during the first seven months of FY2026-27.

Power Tiller sales increased to 30,272 units during April-October 2026, compared to 28,906 units in the corresponding period last year, registering growth of 4.73%.

On the other hand, cumulative tractor sales declined by 10.50% to 2,831 units against 3,163 units sold during April-October 2025.

Overall, the company recorded total sales of 33,103 units, compared to 32,069 units in the previous year, adding 1,034 units to its cumulative sales volume.

Power Tillers Support Overall Sales Growth

The latest sales figures highlight the important contribution of the Power Tiller segment to the company's overall performance. While both business segments experienced a decline in October, positive growth in cumulative Power Tiller sales helped offset the weakness in tractor sales.

Outlook

VST Tillers Tractors witnessed challenging monthly sales conditions in October 2026, with both Power Tiller and Tractor segments reporting negative growth. However, its year-to-date performance remained encouraging, supported by a 4.73% increase in Power Tiller sales.

Going forward, improving tractor demand while maintaining momentum in the Power Tiller segment will be important for the company to strengthen its overall sales performance in the remaining months of FY2026-27.
