Mumbai, March 01, 2026: Mahindra & Mahindra posted strong tractor sales growth in February 2026, driven by solid domestic demand and steady export performance.
The company recorded total tractor sales of 34,133 units, compared to 25,527 units in February 2025, reflecting a 34% year-on-year growth.
Domestic sales remained the key growth driver during the month.
The strong rise in domestic volumes highlights improved rural sentiment and continued demand from the agricultural sector.
Mahindra also reported steady growth in international markets.
The export segment contributed positively to overall monthly performance.
For the financial year so far, Mahindra’s tractor division has maintained consistent growth across segments.
Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, said the company’s 35% domestic growth reflects improved rabi sowing, healthy reservoir levels, and a favourable kharif harvest. Strengthening rural cash flows and positive festive sentiment, such as Navratri, are expected to further support demand.
He added that export sales of 1,980 units represent a 20% increase over last year, underlining stable global demand.
Sonalika Tractors has achieved a major milestone by registering its strongest-ever February performance in FY26. The company reported robust sales across domestic and export markets, reflecting strong rural demand and positive market conditions in the agricultural sector.
The company attributed its performance to improved rural liquidity and supportive policy measures, which have positively influenced farmer purchasing decisions.
Sonalika also highlighted the encouraging response to its newly introduced Gold Series tractors, indicating rising trust in modern farm equipment.
