The company reported a decline in power tiller and tractor sales in August 2026, with total sales now standing at 3,720 units, down from 4,499 units sold during the previous year. This is a decrease of 17.3% from the previous year.
The bulk of the company's August business came from power tiller sales. The company's power tillers were sold in 3,387 units, along with 4,100 units in August 2025, with a year-on-year drop of 17.4%.
Sales of tractors were also down for the month. The company sold 333 tractors in August 2026, down 16.5% from 399 tractors sold in the same month last year.
Sales YTD increased by 10.7 per cent. Year-to-date sales rose by 10.7%.
Although the company's sales fell in August, the year-to-date figure is still higher than last year's.
The YTD total sales were 24,634, up from 23,925 YTD last year, representing a 3.0% YOY growth.
Power tiller sales were the key component of the cumulative growth. The sales rose 3.7% to 22,638 units from 21,827 units.
Sales of tractors were, however, down during the year-to-date period. The company sold 1,996 tractor units, down 4.9% from 2,098 units sold during the same period last year.
